T-Shirt,Commissions, Conventions, Publishment
I just finished a T-Shirt design for BB's (BlackBastard)'s new T-shirt that may be out for the Paradise convention, maybe even San Diego but i'm not sure. I think it may be listed on his site:
And some other cool news to read about!
Other news, I can't say anything about it yet....but I can say this. I just agreed with a small indy company to work on their comic! Once I can give more news about it I will. Right now I will be penciling their first book...but it most likely will end up being me penciling the rest of the mini series. I am super excited about it!! So I hope everyone will be tooo.
Also, Commissions are open. Also digital commissions are available as well...You can see the Mini digital commissions in my gallery. But I mostly do pencil commissions or with inks and prisma markers. Just email me for more information at Contact@evilrabbit.org

Tribal Girl
Here is another piece done in Illustrator!! I am totally loving Alberto Ruiz' book! I don't think I would be able to do all of this in illustrator if I did not have his book open with his tutorials helping me along the way. If your wondering what book I keep talking about its: Confessions of a Process Junkie Illustration Techniques for Adobe Illustrator #6. When I get a chance and some spare money I would love to have more of his books. Not only do I love his art work, his tutorials are awesome and easy!
Anywho, back to this piece...I really hope everyone enjoys it! I know I do. I can't wait till I get a better hang of Illustrator so I can get these pieces done faster.
The good news is, I am a bout to start layouts for another piece...heres a hint. It most likely will be a print!
Enjoy!!

Digital Beauty!
How long has it been since I last did a digital image? I'm not even sure! After Calgary I have been really geared to work on something digital. After meeting Alberto Ruiz and getting a chance to get a book from him, I was even more excited to learn more and try my hand on digital again. His book gives great Illustrator tips that helped me a lot!
So here it is...a digital cutie!
Enjoy!

Dinner Time at the Toronto ComiCon
Here are some photos of dinner where I had a chance to sit back, chat and enjoy the wonderful food!
A wonderful group shot from one side of the table
At this convention I had the pleasure of meeting Whilce Portacio and his wife Joane. Both super nice and fun to talk to.
Mike deep in thought...wondering where his food is
My super yummy dessert...look at all that chocolatie goodness
Must..eat..chocolate
Billy defends his food from me! hehe
Shawn's huge dessert...look at the side of that apple pie! Yum...
And lastly, a wonderful group shot of most of the table!
I will try to have the pictures from calgary posted by maybe the end of the weekend. So stay tuned!

Toronto ComiCon Fun!
Back in April Francis and I attended a ComicCon for HobbyStar on April 13th to 15th. I was able to snag some photos of a few commissions I did and some photos of the convention itself. It was a really fun convention, but it did get really slow on Sunday. That just gave me more time to chat away and take photos.
Here are a few commissions that I did and I remembered to take photos of:
Come really cute mini commissions :)
and lastly, here are some pictures from the convention itself:
To start off, Francis! If you look behind him you can see his cool new banner that he just got done before the convention.
Across from my table there was Andy sketching away (look the expression!) and Matthew having a little chat with him. I thought it best if I joined it :)
Don't I just look wonderful? (Just a side note...this is not real fur)
Francis once again, this time deep in thought..or it seems that way at least
Right beside us was the very talented artist Kent Burles. I think any chance I got I looked over to see what he was up to at his table. His work is just so wonderful! And I even got an original piece of artwork from him!
I stopped by Mike Choi's table while he was busy at work sketching. If you look at his table you can see his wonderful Timmy's coffee and chocolate collection
And wonderful Billy Tan taking a moment to relax!
I happened to be running by and I just could not get away from this group shot!
And lastly Ivan Reis pays Mike a visit
Hope you enjoyed all the photos!
